Course Details
This course will focus on developing oral skills for using Nle'kepmxcin in everyday situations. Students will apply previous knowledge and communication skills to improve everyday speaking in Nle'kepmxcin. Practical application will be found within the schools and community, in family celebrations and announcements, events, notices, radio announcements, and invitations.

    Assignments 50 - 70%, Final 30 - 50%, Total 100 %. Grading procedures follow NVIT policy.
    Learning Outcomes: Upon successful completion of this course students should be able to:
  • communicate in an everyday contexts for incident reporting or giving directions;

  • apply Nle’kepmxcin within a community setting using a multimedia format;

  • speak Nle’kepmxcin during informal or formal one on one situations;

  • speak Nle’kepmxcin during informal or formal small or large group situations; and

  • convey appropriate oral protocol when speaking.
