Electrical Instructor - Renewable Energies Technology Program

My formal training and experience in electrical engineering spans some thirty years with geothermal, hydro power generation, network distribution of electricity, industrial automation and process control within the generation high voltage and manufacturing industry. I bring a broad level of technical, teaching and practical experience internationally and within British Columbia. As an Indigenous Maori, from Aotearoa (New Zealand), I’m both excited and honoured to instruct NVIT learners, raising awareness of careers within the electrical industry and establishing the Renewable Energies and Technology (RNET) Diploma Program. Our goal is to prepare a high calibre of credentialed trainees and for Merritt and NVIT to be the leaders and epicentre of sustainable energy learning.
