Job Description:

NVIT anticipates the need for term instructors to teach the following course within the University Transfer Department.  This course will be delivered at the Burnaby Campus.  NVIT invites applications from qualified individuals.

FNSC 106 – Exploring the Natural Sciences


Course offering subject to student enrolment.



Requirements/Qualifications:

  • possess a Master’s Degree in a related field;

  • experience in classroom teaching and learning practices with Indigenous adult learners;

  • strong connections and roots within Indigenous / First Nations communities; and

  • excellent teaching and human relations skills - faculty members are expected to contribute positively to the life of the school and community.
