Approved/revised: March 3, 2004
POLICY
1. Late entry is defined as entry after seven percent (7%) of a given course is completed or after the announced last day to add or drop classes.
2. Late entry will be permitted only with the prior written permission of the instructor.
3. Late entry will not be permitted after thirty percent (30%) of the course is completed, except with the special permission of the instructor and the Academic Dean.
4. Students who fail to register and pay all prescribed fees on or before the last day to add classes for a given programme will be excluded from attending classes or receiving any other services or benefits from the Institute. Registration may be permitted on payment of a late registration fee of ten dollars ($10.00) per course (to a maximum of $50.00 per semester), provided space is available in the course and instructor permission to officially enter the class has been obtained in writing. The Institute is under no obligation to accept such registration.
