Course Details
This course will focus on developing listening and speaking for using Nsyilxcen in situational contexts. Students will apply previous knowledge and communication skills to improve or increase vocabulary to connect ideas to everyday situational contexts in Nsyilxcen. Practical application to situations within schools/classroom, community gatherings and formal situations.

    Assignments 50-70%, Final 30-50%, Total 100%. Grading procedures follow NVIT policy.
    Learning Outcomes:

    Upon successful completion of this course students should be able to:



    • demonstrate an understanding of Nsyilxcen in different cultural and situational contexts;

    • demonstrate appropriate use relating to invitations, giving directions, relaying information and contextualizing other forms of functional communication; and

    • demonstrate appropriate use in application within schools/classroom, community gatherings and formal situations.
