Course Details
The Digital Transformation course is for Indigenous learners who want to better understand and utilize digital technologies in their daily lives - whether at work or home. Digital transformation is the application of digital technologies to an organization's processes, culture, and customer experience to meet changing industry and market requirements. In this course, learners will learn how to implement strategies to apply technology that can streamline operations and create new opportunities. This course will take learners through the history, terminology, process, cultural, and ethical effects of Digital Transformation. This course will culminate in a Capstone Project where learners will create a Digital Transformation Map.
