Upcoming Events

In partnership with the Knowledge Network, NVIT will be participating in an advanced screening of the Knowledge Network’s original program ‘Shut Up and Say Something’ by Shane Koyczan. This 82-minute film is a candid and compelling look at one of Canada’s most noted cultural figures. It focuses on his difficult childhood, a reconciliation with his long-estranged father and on meeting some family members for the first time, including a sister and nephew.
Please join us for a presentation by Desiree Baker – Aboriginal Healthy Living Coordinator from Fraser Health. Topics to be covered are physical activity presentation and exercises. There will also be a handout on healthy drinks – low sugar alternatives and smoothie recipes. Please dress in loose and comfy clothes for this presentation as you’ll be moving around.
