Community Based Assessment Services

In partnership with the Ministry of Advanced Education, through the Aboriginal Service Plan initiatives, NVIT has the opportunity to partner with communities to offer community-based assessment services for prospective learners who may be interested in attaining a post-secondary education. 

This comprehensive service includes:

• in community assessment preparation
• assessment invigilation
• assessment review
• creation of individual education plans for each prospective learner
• a summary that highlights and identifies possible educational priorities and opportunities for the community
• provides the prospective learner with the experiential learning and information necessary to start and/or return to their journey
